Have you tried contacting Ron Johnson at Marine Concepts in Tarpon Springs, FL?
I think he build around 85 RR 23 sailboats before discontinuing the model.

Hi JKMD - I came across your post while doing research in preparing to sell my brother-in-laws Rob Roy 23. It's a beauty in top condition and was in the water (Lake Michigan) earlier this summer. All freshwater sailing - mainly Great Lakes and more recent years Eagle Creek Reservoir, north of Indianapolis. I'm located in Lafayette IN (about 1 hr north of Indy) This is a very nice boat in top condition, fully equipped and lots of extras. It's on a Shoreliner tandem axle trailer. I'll try to check back on this thread but best way to contact me is on my cell @ 765-409-5098 (text OK too - actually due to all the junk calls these days good to text first so I'm looking for your call) I'm working on doing a full inventory of all included items and getting photos taken in next few days. Hi all - Thanks to those of you that have contacted me about this boat, As I have told those I've communicated with, the process of sorting out the estate has gotten a bit complicated and we will not be selling until next summer some time.
