Mainsail from an Ericson 32 std rig. luff is 31.25, leech 33.5, foot 12.7, area 222sf, weight 7oz. Condition is 8 out of 10. Used one season - just not a good fit for my boat (see the pictures)

Hi:

Just wondering if you still have this sail for sale. I do have a few questions. Is the boat that you currently have the sail on an Ericson 32 (it's kind of difficult to tell from the picture)? I currently have a 1975 Ericson 32-2 that has a very tired and blown out main that needs to be replaced. Did you buy the sail new or used? Given that it was made by Rolly Tasker, I'm assuming it is not original. I don't do any racing so I'm not looking for a high performance sail, just something that has a better shape than what I have and will help eliminate the weather helm I'm experiencing with the old sail. You say just not a good fit for your boat. Can you be a little more specific about what it was that you were not happy with. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hey thanks for the note:

The boat in the picture that I have the sail on is a Yorktown 33. That's why it's not a good fit. The boat looked like it was wearing peddle pushers. sliding goose-neck way up high and a foot of boom sticking out the clew. When I bought the boat this was the newish sail that came with it. I've since had a sail custom made for my Yorky by Mauri Pro Sailing. The previous owner told me he bought the sail from Sail Warehous as a never used sail. From the condition of the sail, I would say that is true. I think he'd pretty much quit sailing at that point and I have only used the sail maybe 10 times myself. So, it's pretty good. It is still available and is sitting in the corner of my office waiting for a new home.

I just looked up the sail specs for your Ericson. If it is a 32-II then it probably won't fit. This sail was made for the Ericson 32 standard rig.
