Heat Exchangers Yanmar 3JH4E New

I have (2) new Heat Exchangers Assemblies for a Yanmar 3JH4E. They include the tube bundle, end caps, and cap. These are a common failure point on the 3JHs, where the end caps and elbow surfaces will corrode, lose seal and cannot easily be repaired.

We are not going to use them. These list at about $2800 new from most dealers. They will ship with Yanmar Original Box.

The Yanmar PN is:

129270-44910 COOLER ASSY, WATER

Would like to sell them for $1,750 each including insured shipping in the US.

Good question. Seems like most Yanmar parts should be at least gold plated.

But in all seriousness, I guess they (try to) justify it since it is the exhaust manifold and heat exchanger all in one assembly. If it goes bad, you have no good options to replace or repair. The tube bundle alone is about $800, so they are proud of their parts.
