Does anyone know of any good boating groups in BC? I'd like to head out with other people instead of always sailing on my own.

SaltyFoam, you could always post a crew wanted/available here for people with similar interests.
I just recently replied to a crew available post and have the official 'get to know each other sail' in a couple of days.
There is a local 'meetup group' for sailing/ boating as well (google 'meetup victoria sailing') which would net you a big pile of people that want to sail or are looking for crew. It is a fairly active group of people with events almost weekly (might slow down for the winter though)
