Looking for liveaboard Marinas in south east florida

Looking for marinas in southeast Florida. Making a move south in a few months and would like some recommendations. The Loggerhead group sounds interesting. Are there safe marinas in a storm?

South Florida is a colossal pain in the ass for live aboards. Tons of marinas, but few will let you live on your boat. You may have better luck north of Vero, or on the west coast. Marathon in the keys allows live aboards both on the hook, and at the dock.
