VAT, 18 months exemption and channel Islands
Hello

Any one here that knows the specific rules for restarting a 18 month VAT exemption in France.

My boat is currently in northern France (non EU boat) and I need to take her outside of the EU to get a new 18 month exemption period. I am contemplating sailing her to one of the cannel islands get a stamp in my passport and ship papers then sailing back to France.

Anyone know more about this?
