St Martin Shipping Registry
Does anyone have a phone number that answers? So far only SXM Sea Rescue even answers emails and they refer to the shipping registry who never replies... worse yet they dont even pick up the phones on the specific or even general phone numbers:

Ministry of Tourism, Economic Affairs, Transport & Telecommunication

Department for Aviation and Maritime

No answer at any of the numbers listed there....
