San blas cruising fee increase?
I've heard a nasty rumour that the kuna congresso of Panama plan to increase the cruising permit fee to an astronomical figure, such as length x beam x $5 per month to cruise in the San blas of Panama. Is anyone there at the moment or can anyone (hopefully) refute this rumour?
