Late (past 30 days) re-USCG documentation ?

Hi All, Just realized that I did not receive my 2015 doc form in the mail this year. It expired on Dec 2014, and the web site says add an extra $5.00 for a late re-doc up to 30 days. Well now its over 90 days... do I have to re - doc as if I just bought the boat again? Thanks!

Ugh, I missed it too, don't feel bad. I mailed it 45 days past the expiration date (i.e. 15 days past the 30 day late period). I'll let you know if they accept it or not, but I have a feeling we both will be paying the $84 redocumentation fee.

That happened to us the first year we owned the boat. We keep it on our calendar now. We don't forget to send the update on time now. $84 lesson learned!
