Has Thailand changed the Length-of-Stay for foreign-flagged yachts?

I heard an ugly rumor that Thailand was going to limit visiting yachts to a maximum of a two-months stay unless they were undergoing a refit at a yard. I had also read that the new policy was up for review before being implemented. Does anyone have any details?

Parmenter: What I don't know is if anything changed after the review or even if the review has taken place. You seem to be pretty knowledgable about it. Do you know?

I'm in Thailand at the moment. They changed it to 2 month. But I believe it has already been changed back to 6 months.
