Chuckr, would it be simpler & less expensive to have a cartridge sent by UPS or similar courier from the US?

If necessary, I was going to try sourcing the cartridge thru a safety & life raft certification facility near our boat. Failing that, I'd try couriering the original cartridge from Canada to Spain. The courier's have got to have procedures/standards for shipping.
