Wood Putty for Teak

A little help here. I am finally getting around to re-touching some of my teak toe rail damage from Hurricane Wilma. Any suggestions on a wood putty or filler for teak that can be sanded and varnished? Thanks. Wiz

Sand some surrounding teak (without varnish) and collect the sanding dust. Mix with epoxy glue to a putty like consistency and apply. This will not be an "invisible" repair ... but about as good as you can hope for.

Yea, what he said! If the areas are any bigger than a small nick, you may want to shape some wood pieces to fit and epoxy them in.
