Source for stanchion top caps?

I'm looking for stanchion caps with a hole for the top lifeline, but I need ones that have internal support for the lifeline (ie a bit of tubing inside the cap). I cannot use the type which just have a hole drilled through them as they wear on my synthetic lifelines. Does anyone know a source?
I may have to settle for something like this:
But I would much prefer this style, if I can find ones with internal support.

Probably not much help but Suncor makes replacement stations with lined holes.
