Securing Bench Locker Lids

Have a Bene 473.
The internal bench lockers have a horizontal lid which just lifts off, and I would like to find a suitable catch/latch to keep them secured if the boat suffers a knock down,
I'll try and describe what I'm looking for, have seen them fitted to metal panels, but not wood.
These catches are operated by a key, and the latch itself is able to turn through 90 degrees, further movement being prevented by a raised lip.
When securing the latch, it turns through 90, comes up against the lip, then further turning of the key tightens the latch.
Rather than a key, I would be looking for something which could be worked by a screwdriver, the part which operates the latch would be a countersunk set screw.
Not a good description, but if anyone can recognise what I'm on about, could you let me know the proper term for them.
