refit or is it rebuild?

Marsude has had the benefit of DJ working on her full time for 6 weeks ... sadly this can't last much longer and he will have to return to earning a dollar.
The transom had lots of rot in her and DJ has virtually rebuilt her as the attached photos show ... Basically the hull is sound ... triple diagonal cold molded cedar ... but there are so many rubbish repairs and so much rot in the transom area that parts of this reconstruction are taking a very long time to complete ... but we are slowly but surely

I would say that is in the realms of rebuild.

Looking good though - and I feel tired just looking at the work!
