Reefer Bin Opening Lids

In process of making reefer bin lids. Has any one here done it and if so looking for best material to do it? Thinking all Star-board for structure and Dow "tuff"r" for insulation. Picture is of old icebox lids to show what we are talking about. One is whole, the other dissected. As is they are very inefficient. Looking to reduce wall size and increase insulation. Also needs to be water-resistant. Appreciate all thoughts. ReeferBoxDoorswood001_zpsd0fb1de8.jpg Photo by beacon2006 | Photobucket
