Gas bottle rack for push pit.

Hi All. My recently acquired Cavalier39 has propane bottles in the lazarette which is illegal and unsafe. The simplest solution is to relocate them and hang them off the pushpit rail. I'm in NZ and struggling to find an off-the shelf solution. They are 9kg size bottles. Can anyone point me at a solution, or suggest an equally straightforward fix? I've seen some heavy plastic cages in images of boats on the net that hold a bottle and hook/strap onto the rails, these look perfect...but where to find one?

My BBQ cylinder holder is galvanised steel and is as old as the hills. It amazing shows little sign of corrosion. It hangs a 9kg cylinder off the pushpit. It appears the base started as something like a caravan mount and it then had a piece of tube and flat bar welded to. It works surprisingly well.
