Endurance 35 Rudder Removal

Hi Guys, I’m in the process of removing the rudder on my Endurance ( Stratimer) 35, as you can see I’ve attached some pictures with questions to people who have done this job, three bearings in all, upper one is removed, mid one has question attached and the lower bearing can some one shed some light on the removal procedure for this, as it’s below the water line I assume there’s packing in the lower one....
