About to rebuild my galley - interested in seeing your modifications

I am about to rebuild the galley on my 34' sailboat - in hopes to better meet the culinary/storage needs of my large family. I would love to see various rebuilds, and the modifications that you have discovered make the most efficient use of limited space.
