OH, friend exchanged the overweight beast for a 6HP single cylinder that weighs 30#s less.

Suzuki's new 20hp 4-stroke weighs 97#. Yamaha's 15hp 2-stroke Enduro (1980's technology) weighs 88#. Yamaha doesn't make a 20hp 2-stroke to compare, but their 25hp weighs 119#.

4-strokes have been continually shedding weight since their introduction.
