manifold fire risk to grp

I have got to have a new stainless high rise water injected manifold made but am limited by height, what i would like to know is how close can i run the manifold elbow to the under side of my grp cockpit sole without risk of fire, My Intended clearence is 26mm. The manifold will be wrapped in heat resistant exhaust tape to finnish. The engine is a beta 16.
