Waders?

There is a lot of discussion, and apparently grief, with having a dingy - and while it may not always be possible - does anyone just take their multihull into shallow water and walk ashore using the waders that one sees fly fishermen wear. Here in the Philippines it is likely not necessary to wear waders since the water is warm and the lifestyle laid back to where one can where shorts and flip-flops everywhere. But if one wanted to dress more formally (for here), waders might be an option to keep one dry.

I also saw a thread on dingys where one skipper dropped a stern anchor on the way in and had a block arrangement that allowed him to move the boat back offshore a bit and bring it in when he wanted to depart. It seems like there might be some synergy here for the yacht.
