Seabattical Long Term Charters

Anybody have any experience with this company? I've looked through their website. Just trying to find out if anyone has used them? What if issues did you have? I realize their boats are older than 1st tier charter companies but were their boats in good mechanical condition? Were they professional and responsive in resolving the issues? Sure wouldn't want to spend a lot of time doing repairs or sailing back to get repairs done on a long charter.
