Purchasing a 1996 Endeavourcat MK II

Hi All,

This is my first post to the forum so please be easy on me. I did try to search this but my search results came up empty. My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a 1996 30ft Endeavourcat MK II. We have put down a deposit contingent on the results of the survey. My question is what are the pros and cons of this cat? Any quirks about the boat we should be aware of?

Background on us: my husband has sailed/raced most of his life. I was a non sailor before I met him seven years ago. Since meeting him we have owned an 18ft Precision then moved up to a 30ft Hunter and now a 30ft Endeavourcat. I am 56 and he is 61. Our goal is to become live aboards on this boat and retire.
