Need Lawyer in Martinique to Review Purchase Contracts

Bit of change of plans and now i will be needing a lawyer (that speaks english) in Martinique. Any help with this matter will be appreciated. Thanx!

Thanx but i dont mean any lawyer, i need a lawyer well instructed in buying/selling boats,mone that our friends from CF can recomend in Martinique.

I have used the services (or lack there of) for Maitre Alain Roth from Guadeloupe.

He was paid euro 2000 to assist in sorting out paperwork discrepancies of a brokerage yacht I sold, and we are now 2 years further and it is still not sorted.

If you want a maritime lawyer that does not reply to phone calls, emails or anything else, google him for his contact information.

As for an attorney in Martinique, I don't know. However, I suggest to use English Contracts and possibly have a US based attorney involved.

Or have yourself represented by a CPYB yacht broker and have the broker hold funds in escrow till you have proof of all liens paid and or deletion of previous registry.
