We do have 2 engines, should'nt we get a bulk rate for servicing ?

Don't know about the antifoul. I would have thought most cat's have less wetted surface area, but that has been discussed previously here.

I personally choose not to park on Marina berths as it eat's into the cruising kitty too much,plus we find it easier being able to come head to wind to pick up a mooring , but that's personal choice.
