Going from a beach cat to the Tanzer could be quite disappointing... no feeling of instant acceleration and speed... the only compensation is somewhere to escape the rain, no spray in your face and somewhere to heat your coffee and beans.... and have a snooze
Mono v Cats up to 30ft.. the mono has better accommodation and comfort but lacks the speed and sheer adrenalin of the open bridge deck cats.
Past that length the Cat comes into its own... better acommodation and as fast, sometimes faster than Mono's... and as the man said... less cleanups from spillages.

the big diffrence from a crusier mono to a crusier cat is ;
1. typ you don't point as high
2. typ better speed on most tacks.
3. your drink wont fall over when changing from one tack to the other.
