How to Align Rudders

I'm completing some work on the rudders and steering cables, anyone with ideas on how to make sure the rudders are parallel would be greatly appreciated? Thanks

Do You mean how to measure then or how to adjust?

Put marks at centers of leading and trailing edges. They are parallel when the respective distances are equal. They are straight (centered) when the diagonals are equal. recommend a steel tape measure supported on some ladders or a long plank.
