I have tried DIY boatyards on the East Coast and it is hard to find a place to haul a almost 27' beam. I found this yard the best to date. They have a beautiful cottage or Cabana as they call it. $60.00 per night. You can tie your dingy, in my instance a 17' and dockage is included. They provided me with quotes that were more than the final price. First time that has happened. All concrete work areas. Complete video security of your boat 24/7. PS As long as the rates stay what they are I will travel from Ft. Lauderdale again. They gave me a $100.00 fuel rebate for coming from Ft. lauderdale.
