Catamaran with captain day trip, Tampa Bay

Our family (of 5) is doing a short notice trip to Florida, and one of the things we are considering is a day of catamaran sailing in the Tampa Bay area. We are not certified or licensed or anything, so we'd need a captain to take us out.

I searched and found a couple that look decent, but was wondering if anyone here had any experience with any of them or had anyone you could recommend (or would be willing to be an informal paid charter for a day).

No replies, so I went with search results. First one I called seemed confused and a bit slow, so I went with the Dragonfly, a 43 foot FP.

The day turned out to be perfect weather, Mark was the perfect host, and we saw the elusive "green flash" at sunset. If anyone in the Tampa/St Pete area runs into Mark and the Dragonfly, say hi.

It was our first trip on a boat this size, and made both my wife and I more determined than ever to adopt the cruising lifestyle, the sooner the better!
