Anybody else had a bad experience with Star Voyage Antilles?

DO NOT CHARTER WITH THIS COMPANY. STAR VOYAGE IS WORST CHARTER COMPANY I HAVE USED!

Worst Charter ever. Received boat(Helia 44) in Martinique from them. We booked an early check in, guess what? They weren't ready.

Then was told they do not supply deck cushions, what's the point of a Helia without cushions? They ended up giving us some very poor quality deck cushions to sit on, but as these were not not custom cushions it was practically impossible to use them as they just blew off.

No briefing on the area was given, safety, area, none whatsoever!

Was told that previous charterers had mistreated the boat, but all was ok now. Second day starboard engine blew as impeller had not been checked. Waited 3 hours for mechanic. Asked the mechanic to check port engine impeller before he left as he was going to leave without checking. Surprise surprise it was broken too. New coolant added without system flush so plastic broken impeller blades still running round engine.

All lines in terrible condition, one snapped on a mooring, good job I had rigged a double bridle. Boat in rough condition generally.

Fridge packed up 5 days in, when we finally got to Grenada and the guy checked it he said he'd reported this fault 2 months ago and they did a bodge job which he warned them wouldn't last. We lost a lot of food because of this.

Gauges at cockpit broken, needed constantly resetting.

After all this at the end when we complained the company had the cheek to charge us wear and tear for the sail which apparently had two small holes in it, despite not mentioned on the check out. Also for a missing cushion, and a damaged line when the lines were also in a disgusting state and I had already told them that previously!
They also charged us for a lost hose which we didn't even use! When queried their response (eventually, as they were very slow to respond and needed multiple emails) , "sorry thats our decision" Appalling company , would never use them again, almost criminal the way they treat customers. Interested to hear if anybody else had a similar experience?
