1976 Prout Snowgoose 36

I think this is my last set of questions on cats:

I'm seriously considering buying a 1976 Prout Snowgoose 36. What are the issues to watch out for with these boats? Any known problems?

Also, what is the expected speed of this boat, loaded down for cruising?

You might consider sending a PM to Talbot. He's a cat owner, is in Europe, and is very familar with Prout boats. He might give you some insight on a vintage Prout.
