Decode EU RIS IENC Chart Names

I wondered if anyone know how to decode the EU RIS IENC chart folders and names to the actual geo area eg 1H7TI170.000?? The search box at eurisportal.eu doesn't find it.

Sorted.

I contacted IHO and they helped with a link - registry.iho.int/producercode/list2.do
The database then decodes all the first 2 characters. For example 1H7TI170.000, 4V5MOS09.000 or 7V7ALBK5.000.
It seems that 1H is OVF (General Directorate of Water Management), in Hungary and 4V is VNF in France and 7V is De Vlaamse Waterweg in Belgium.
Then I can find and remove the charts I don't need, having downloaded too many!, quite simply.
