Sailboat vs Bridge

A boat crashes into a lowering drawbridge.

Was it a quality built Hallberg Rassy? Looked like it might be the HR352.

Maybe a cheaper French mass production fin keeled boat might have been sunk by that collision. Mast pushed through the flimsy built deck and then hull

According to some, if it was a French mass production boat, the mast would have fallen down at the sight of the bridge.

That was the plan and was a lot less expensive than getting those yard monkeys to take the mast off.
