newman boats?

I was at the marina over the weekend, getting my boat ready for spring launching. Like many other sailors here in the Great Lakes area, we are all eager to get splashed and enjoy the summer months. The boatyard where I keep my boat is a haven for sailboaters of all sizes.

I said hi and started chatting with a fella who was working on his boat. It was a beauty, full keel set up. I asked the make and length and amid our chat, he said his boat is a newman (spelling?) 57'. It's a European boat. Sailed all over from Europe, ICW, Bahamas, Caribbean and back up the ICW to St. Lawrence Seaway to finally end up in our neck of the Great Lakes.

Has anyone seen these boats or know their website. She's a nice looking boat, just interested in learning more about this boat. Still in production or ?
