Looking for info on Sweden 36

Looking at possibly taking a Sweden 36 in on trade for our Tartan 4400. We are looking at downsizing, as our plans of untying the dock lines have changed with the Real Estate market and a new addition to our family. The seller is looking for what appears to be a very high value on his boat ($100,000) and a low price on out boat, but it is to be expected with such slow sales.

Any feedback on any Sweden model of close length, would be appreciated.

Dont have feedback on the Sweden, hopefully someone will chime in... but keep in mind that taking his boat in trade is a huge convenience for him: No broker fees, no 1-1.5 year average wait to sell it. Judge accordingly.

Like the look of the boat, and as long as all are reasonable, then would like to make a deal. You had actually posted to a past potential buyer of my Tartan 4400, that was doing the same, almost 2 years ago. He had a Sabre 34, and wanted 30-40k over market claiming to be perfect, and wanted me to take a haircut on my Tartan. After inspecting his Sabre 34', it was average at best, and he moved to an older Hylas 46 in Florida. Nice guy but unrealistic with values, and I think his budget would have been stretched otherwise. Guess that is why brokers are where most the boats are sold.
