Ljungstromare - Wierd or What ?

I was looking around at boats for sale in Sweden and just came across this totally weird yacht, Ljungstromare. The hull shape is weird enough on it's own, but then there is the rig

I guess it is using around mast furling

from the same designer. A good photo to show how the sails work.

One Nonsuch owner had a furling main. It was power operated with a bicycle chain drive.

What a beautifully designed and sewn sail! Conceptually I like how the designer thought 'outside the box' on this sailboat. It would be interesting to see one in person and see her under sail on say the chesepeke bay.

I believe the "Ljungstrom" refers to the type of sail rig.
