Also, two of Don Casey's books are right up your alley - "This Old Boat" and "Sensible Cruising the Thoreau Way."

Don Spurr wrote a good book about his overhaul and living aboard a Pearson 28 (?) entitled something like outfitting th cruising sailboat.
