The thread, Trimaran - Especially Searunner - Owners, seems to be doing quite well for longevity, replies and information transfer.

A person on the internet does not believe you are a doctor unless you send them a bill...

I am sincerely disturbed by your theory and I am therefore going to get a lawyer and sue you.

When you hire your lawyer, mention a tort called "Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress." It's good for the mental anguish angle when there's otherwise no physical harm. Your lawyer will either be impressed or know immediately that you got it off the internet.

Only thing you know for sure about going to court is that lawyers will make money.

You find yourself in a locked room, no way out, with a man-eating lion, a deadly poisonous Cobra snake, and a lawyer. You have a gun, but only two bullets.

What do you do???

An attorney once told me that she was going to give me the three most important legal tips she had, and they were;

Stay the f*** out of court
Stay the f*** out of court
Stay the f*** out of court

Best legal advice I ever got.
