Hello Cruisers at Cruisers Forum !

Hello to a wonderful Cruisers Community!!! My name is September and my husband is Chase. We will be setting sail on the Sailabration sometime soon - into the Caribbean for starters - and who knows from there!

Thank you all for sharing your lives and lessons - this is such a wonderfully varied community!

Awesome!

Gord, Mark and Boatman -

Wow... it's almost like the Trifecta - although in this instance in no particular order! And, of course, I did not bet anything - but who's being picky! Anyway, point being; you three are actually some of my all time favorite people on this board! Thanks so much for the welcome!

I really do enjoy reading posts from everyone, but you guys always seem to bring a laugh or an extra smile.

Mark, your website is the only sailing site I have gone through in its entirety - photos like yours are the reason we are going!

Hope to see you all out on the ocean blue sometime...

WELCOME,

Hopefully you will not rush off to the Caribbean! Take the time to explore your own backyard, the Bahamas. Then move onm and enjoy the rest of the world........i2f

Welcome to CF!

When are you planning to leave? It can be especially herd to leave from Velcro Beach, FL!

Fair Winds,

Thank you to all!

Thanks everyone for such a warm welcome!

i2f: Yes, we will be spending as much time as possible in the Bahamas before heading further South! I guess I got so used to lumping them together for simplicity sake, when telling other people of our plans. Love your boat name (and abbreviation) by the way!

Thanks John (Swagman): Fulfilling dreams are a very good reason for living! We are very happy to be realizing ours!

Maje and Tom: Good luck finding your new cat. Enjoy the search, I know we did.

Mike (YOGAO): Velcro Beach - that's too funny! We were hoping to leave before the end of the year, but loose ends have not completely been tied yet. So, we will see...............

Zeehag: It won't be difficult for us to leave! Although it is beautiful here, it is just not "our" paradise. We are enjoying the beaches while we are here, but are really looking forward to the clear waters that lie ahead! At least the water is warmer here most of the year than San Diego (where we are originally from by the way). Having grown up in So. Calif., I will never forget the first time I stepped into the Atlantic off Miami in August - what a shock that jacuzzi water was!!!

Thanks again to everyone! Love CF!!!
