CM21 Swing Keel - Do CMs 'Blowdown?'

Can CM21s dump over in high winds? What does it take to sink or capsize a CM21? Thanks a bunch

Any boat can "dump over" in high enough winds; but they seldom do.

FWIW, see the Clipper Marine Owners Manual (Includes the CM21):
