C&C 27

Im looking at a 27 to pretty much live on for the summer and then trailer to Florida and cross to the Bahama's for 4 - 6 months island hopping and just cruising around. Im aware of the size and limited storage but I dont really own anything, and dont plan on owning anything. Specifically the boat im looking at is 27' C&C | Sailboats for Sale | Toronto Yacht Sales
Ill be single handing, and learning all summer through courses and sailing with others on lake ontario. Any thoughts/flaws on this boat or plan? Just looking for input...iv read pretty good things about the C&C 27
Thanks for the info!

Greetings and welcome aboard the CF, armed&.

The 27 was one of C&C's most successful models, and should be an excellent platform for your purposes.

Iv been to the CC assos. site, got lots of good information. As much as I think iv done enough research and have everything thought out I keep finding new info. Thats just kinda why Im here asking.
What would you think about water sailing">blue water sailing this boat? Im not planning to as of yet... just thoughts?
Also im just wondering about cabin space for storage? as I would like to be able to stay away from ports for extended periods of time.
