Autoprop - Used Value

The buyer of my Island Packet 40 is interested to purchase a used autoprop from me. The prop has had a factory upgrade and is in good condition. It comes with the autoprop puller and 5 zincs.

The prop is an H6 with 19" blades and fits my 1.25" shaft. I used it for about six months while I had the boat. The original owner used it more than I did. I prefer the simplicity of a fixed three-blader.

Any idea what it's worth?

I priced new 16" H5 units about 3 months ago - $4,600 each! If yours has been refurbished I'd say $1,500 - $2,500 is an acceptable range.

BTW, there is a used Max prop on the local Craig's list for $2000

Thanks for the replies. Any suggestions on where to search/look for ads, etc? 1500-2500 is a big range! It sounds like $2000 is a fair price since I'm giving away the puller and zincs with it.

Any other ideas?
