Alajuela 38 Boat deal alert. PNW

No relation to me, just passing it on , It's on EBAY $40,000:
"This hull and structure is rock-solid. No fracturing, no loose bulkhead tabbing, no blistering, nothing but Alajuela solid construction. Stored covered on the hard."
Factory new 50 HP Yanmar 4JH3G Diesel.
Exterior Alwgrip Spray job.
All new, custom built overhead-liner panels, teak framing and trim.
No sail time on standing rigging.
Professionally re-built and installed, true seacocks.
Excellent Hood sail inventory.
Running rigging is excellent
New stainless hatches still in the boxes. A $1,400.00 value.
Self-tailing winches.
Mast & boom are sprayed in Awlgrip.
New electrical distribution panel.

Here is what needs to be done:

Interior refinish.
• Install all plumbing.
• Finish up the electrical.
Engine hook-ups.
• Install portholes and two hatches.
• Install rails and stanchions.
• Install rigging and step mast. "

Yeah, I mentioned this on another thread, but did not post the link. There are 0 bids as of 10:00 PCT 21 Mar. This one might be worth contacting the owner. The Alajuela 38 is one fine boat.
