Crew Available: Couple looking to pay for up to 2 weeks sailing adventure

Me and my partner are looking for a 2 week sailing adventure between 18th July and 1st August.
We're based in the UK, both 39(I'll be 40 on the 26th July), both fit and healthy.
I work on power driven boats, have various certificatesbut have never been on yacht, my girlfriend has never been on a boat.
I have the dream of selling up, buying a boat and sailing away, my girlfriend doesn't so I'm hoping to change that.
