Where to leave boat in central america

We are I grand cayman now and need to choose a place to leave our boat during hurricane season. Thought of rio dulce but looks a bit primitive and quite expensive to travel overland from there. Maybe Columbia or the red frog marina. Also looking for the area with the least amount of rainfall. Also relatively easy access to airport. Our boat is a 47 ft cat.
All ideas appreciated

The rio dulce isn't as primitive as you might think, and bus travel to the san pedro sula airport is relatively cheap.

Rio Dulce is a fine place to have a boat at during the HUrrycane Season! If you leave or stay it's good and really cheap by west coast standards! LOL easy trip to the airport, if ya want to leave ! Connie and i spent a couple of mounths there a few years back, had a great time, great food and Fine local produce, good beer if ya use it !And most important fine folks down there ! locals and most of the cruisers we met ! just our 2 cents

You could also go to Bocas del Toro in Panama. Some safe marinas there who will take care of your boat with marina amenities and more or less reasonable prices. Been there, done that.
