urgent info needed ... stolen accessory

They stole an important accessory during a stop at the marina IGY of Saint Lucia in the Caribbean. I would like to urgently know if I am entitled to be reimbursed, I have the invoice dated three months ago, and even the police complaint. My boat is not insured for the partial theft.
