Info on the Beneteau 50 please?

I am looking at buying a Beneteau 50, while I prefer the Farr designed older (2003-2005) 2-cabin models because of the galley layout, but they are hard to find, and seem to be at a premium price compared to the 2006-2009 models. With the newer models, both the 2-cabin and the 3-cabin have the galley aft which opens up many more boats to choose from. Does anyone have knowledge of the pros and cons of each design? I have heard nothing but good things about the Bruce Farr designed 50's, and heard nothing at all about the newer models. Thanks in advance.

Greetings and welcome aboard the CF, hover2sail.

Also called MOORINGS 503, 504, 505, STARDUST 505, depending on layout.
