Teak refinish question

I need to strip and refinish my teak but I'm not going to be able to strip the old finish then clean and restain on the same day.

When I do refinish I plan on cleaning and applying the finish on the same day if I can.

After I strip the teak how long can I let it sit bare before it is a problem. There are already spots where the Cetol finish has worn on its own and those spots have been bare for a while, I think.

Many people do nothing to their teak and let it go grey. No finish at all. So if you are worried about the teak, you shouldn't.

If it rains you will need to re sand. Clean with stove alcohol to remove moisture. Try wet sanding and go easy
