Post Here is what you need....

Hi,

I have everything in boxes right now awaiting a move onto a boat soon, or I would have looked this up for you. The book you will need to purchase to plan out general approaches to any passage is:

http://www.sailgb.com/p/world_cruisi...jimmy_cornell/

It most certainly has the answer, and I have a copy here somewhere in a box...

PS: I'm not afilliated with the link above, try Amazon or something.

Whilst the recommendedd book is very good, there is a piece of software that is superb at this - Visual Passage Planner

You can download a demo to see if you like it.

If this is too expensive, then See here for a free resource

Wow!

You're not kidding. That software looks great. I can't believe the statistical accuracy they have built in. Very nice.
